It does not work in a control room, a gallery, a bank branch or a supermarket aisle, where the message is for one person and the noise is for everyone else. SOLOZONE solves it. A patented film-based ultrasonic transducer projects a tightly focused beam of sound into a defined listening zone, roughly 1.5m x 1.5m at a typical two-metre distance. Step into the zone and the message is clear. Step out and it disappears.
Because the audio holds its shape instead of spilling across the room, SOLOZONE cuts through background noise without adding to it. No headphones. No handsets. No raising the volume until the whole floor is listening. Built-in motion sensing triggers playback the moment someone enters the field of focus, so the message arrives when it matters and stays silent when it doesn’t. It’s a genuinely private listening experience in a completely open space.
Installation is refreshingly simple. Mount it flush to a ceiling or wall, or use the point-and-pivot options to aim the beam exactly where you need it. Standard VESA 100 x 100 inserts, a universal power supply and a full range of inputs including 3.5mm, Phoenix balanced, MicroSD and optional Bluetooth mean SOLOZONE drops into existing AV infrastructure without a rethink. Available in three sizes, black or white grill cloth, IP41 rated and rugged enough for environments from -20°C to 50°C. Museums, lifts, trade show stands, retail floors, secure operations rooms.
